Career College is an esteemed educational institution in Bhopal, MP, founded in 1970 by Shri Vishnu Rajoriya, the visionary chairman of the Career Society. We have been accredited A+ grade by ‘The National Assessment and Accreditation Council’ (NAAC). It is the only college in Bhopal with Personality Development and Assessment Cell (PADC) and Student Satisfaction Research Unit (SSRU).

We are privileged to receive financial assistance to establish E-Yuva centre by BIRAC, DST MHRD Govt. of India. E-Yuva programme encourages innovative minds with novel ideas. It provides assistance and aids research in required areas to transform these innovative ideas into working models.

An institution with nine multi-storey buildings spread across 4 acres of greenery. The college provides a perfect environment for young minds to flourish.  The different institutions under the umbrella of Career Group of Institution are Career College, Career College of Law, Career College and School of Nursing and Career College of Management. In addition to these institutions, there are graduation and post-graduation courses in commerce  like M.Com (Marketing Management, Financial Analysis and Control, Accounting, Taxation) & B.Com (Honours, Applied Economics, Computer Application, Tax Procedure and Practice, Foreign Trade Practices and Sales Management,  Tour and Travels Management, Advertising, Sales Promotion and Sales Management, Office Management and Stenography, Principles Practice and Management of  Insurance), B.B.A, (Human Resource Management, Marketing and Finance). In the stream of science, the institution provides, Computer Science and Life Science with various U.G and P.G programs like BCA and B.Sc. in CS, IT, PCM, Electronics, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology and CBZ. In M.Sc. the institution offers specialization in Computer Science, Chemistry, Physics, Maths, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology and Microbiology. Paramedical and Library Science courses are also conducted successfully. Chemistry, Computer Science and Commerce Departments are involved in high impact research and has been recognized by Barkatullah University.

The onset of Covid-19, dramatically changed the programme of the graduating batch. The campus recruitment and training department with its effective placement-oriented programme moved into the digital world. This endeavour has proved to be a success when the Fortune magazine highlighted that more than 40 companies from its Fortune 500 list had undertaken its campus placement process through digital assessment alone.

 Meanwhile, the college quickly restored its commitment in imparting knowledge through online classes. Teachers were trained in optimal use of technology to ensure that students continue to learn and engage. A Pandemic defines uncertain times! Easing the tension among parents and students the college management and teachers played its role with full dedication.

Considering the current trends, edification system of Career College now aims to develop students’ skills to meet the demands of the professional world. In short, the institute looks forward imperatively to bridge the gap between industry requisites and theoretical learning.  ‘The Career College’ has efficiently been working to find and implement innovative mechanisms to nurture students to brace the changing scenario in the employment arena.

Apart from academic training, the college is also gearing up students to identify potential unconventional areas to build a career. Encouraging start-ups and how to seek funds and financial viability of ideas. India Today survey says there will a 250 million-strong skilled workforce required by the year 2030 in order to boost the GDP of the country. Here at the Career College, we are working tirelessly to not just build individual careers but a progressive nation too.
